Theatre Camp with Marques Brown
July 26-30 | 9:00 AM-12:00 PM For girls and boys entering grades 1-4
Students will play, discover and get creative. Summer Theatre Workshop students in Grades 1-4 will develop theatre skills in a supportive, collaborative, and imaginative environment. Guided by Mr. Brown, a professional teaching artist, students will work together as an ensemble to explore and expand their “Actor Toolbox” – their body, voice, and imagination. As a part of each day of the workshop, students will participate in Creative Drama & Improvisation classes, and the week long course will culminate in a short filmed showcase to share and display what they have learned, which will be made available to friends and family.
