  • Can You Escape?

    Campers will participate in an escape room, then spend the rest of the week planning one for other kids and/or their families to complete. Space is limited.

  • Cheerleading Stunt Clinic

    June 6-10 | 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
    For girls entering grades 5-8
    Come learn and experience cheerleading stunt training with Coach Ashlee. Learn skills and drills to improve your stunting and prepare for Middle School Cheerleading Competitions in the fall. We will work on all things stunting from basic stunts to pyramid building. It will be a fun week of team building and perfecting skills.

  • Comic Book Design

    June 6-10 | 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
    For girls and boys entering grades 4-7
    Calling all artists, superhero lovers, or graphic novel enthusiasts. During this workshop you will be putting your storytelling skills and artistic skills (either digital or drawing) to use as you create a story for the ages. Read graphic novels and create your own throughout this weeklong workshop that explores the boundary between art and writing.

  • Creative Writing Workshop

    June 27-July 1 | 1:00-4:00 PM
    For girls and boys
    entering grades 5-8
    Humans are storytellers. In this week-long creative writing class focused on short fiction, participants will draft, edit, revise, and prepare to publish an original short story. Writers will workshop their narratives and wrap up the week with a read aloud.

    Learn business basics by creating baking cupcakes, designing a stand and promoting your business through an original marketing plan.

  • DIY SCI Camp

    June 6-10 | 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
    For girls and boys entering grades 3-6
    Make cool science projects that mom won't let you do at home! Chemistry rockets, exploding Mentos, elephant toothpaste, egg in a bottle, and smoke bomb launchers. Experiment with magnets, electricity, air pressure, eggs, and sound. Get ready to get messy and have fun!

  • Farm To Table

    Learn about plants while taking care of them, harvest and prepare a snack fresh from the garden.

    July 25-29 | 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
    For Hutchison girls entering grades 4-5
    Campers will build life and academic skills to help them as students: organization, prioritization, goal setting, note taking, reading for retention, memorization, time management, and growth mindset. All skills will be taught using concepts they will learn in the coming year.

  • Intro To Photography

    June 6-10 | 1:00-4:00 PM
    For girls and boys entering grades 5-8
    Learn basic techniques for taking great digital photographs. Then explore options for improving or enhancing your pictures with various effects, filters, and editing programs. A digital camera will be provided but you will need to bring a 16GB SD card to store your photos.

  • Just "Dough" It

    July 18-22 | 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
    For girls and boys entering grades 4-8
    Great cooks know how to make dough–from pastry to pastas, dough is a building block of cooking. It is a fun and delicious thing to cook, and it is a simple skill that leads to immeasurable creativity in the kitchen. Campers will spend each day learning the basics of baking, from precise measurement to how to know when something’s done, and we will focus each day on a different type of dough: play dough, pie dough, pizza dough, cookie dough, and pasta dough.

  • Make Em' Laugh: You Are Funny!

    For girls and boys entering grades 2-5
    Start clowning around with us! Clowning is a high art, and at the root of all comedy and tragedy! Playfully explore physical and verbal comedy using contemporary children’s stories or well-loved comedy sketches. Whether you want to be sad, happy, bumbling, or pompous, there is a role for you. This is more fun than should be legal!  Campers will show off in an antic showcase on June 3.

    For girls and boys entering grades 5-8
    Do you enjoy academic trivia? Do you have a love of learning across disciplines? If so, join us for Middle School Quiz Bowl this summer. Each day, campers will compete using an official Knowledge Bowl style buzzer system in subjects including: math, science, literature, history, geography, fine arts, popular culture, sports, and more. Additionally, campers will work together to research, explore, and build creative resources in areas of interest. Spots are limited to ten campers per session.

    For students in elementary through high school
    Students will learn fundamentals of drumming as well as rudiments, proper technique. Students will also learn group beats and play as a full group while preparing for the upcoming performance season.
