Hutchison Families should sign in using the yellow Login using MyHutchison button at the bottom of the Login page. If this is the first time you are using CampBrain it will automatically load your basic information from MyHutchison into your profile. If you have children who are not Hutchison students you will need to add them by clicking on the Manage People and Household Information button at the bottom of the Home page.
All other families who are new to the system, please go to the New User Signup to create a profile for your family on your first visit and use the Sign In for each visit after that.
For summer camps and classes, face coverings are optional for students and adults, except for those adults who are not vaccinated.
COVID-19 Protocols In addition, parents must comply with Hutchison’s COVID-19 Protocols and Procedures when campers are feeling sick or have been exposed to a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.

If a camper attends a Center for Excellence class Monday through Friday for three hours or longer and attends SPARK Day Camp for the remainder of the camp day, he or she will receive half off the SPARK Day Camp fee. The SPARK Day Camp crossover must be selected as a session option in the registration system to receive this discount. If a camper chooses to participate in a Center for Excellence program in addition to SPARK Day Camp, he or she will eat lunch with a counselor in the time between activities.
Center for Excellence fees are listed on each offering. Fees include all activities and supplies unless otherwise noted. Payments for Center for Excellence sessions are due in full at the time of registration.
SPARK Day Camp requires a $25 deposit for each camper registered in each session. Payment of the balance is due on the first day of camp that week. Parents can bring payment to the registration desk on the first day of the week, they can make a payment in CampBrain or SPARK can charge their card on the first day of camp.
SPARK Day Camp Discounts:
Sibling Discount - $10 discount for any sibling of a registered camper in the same week.
Multi-Session Discount - 15% off camp fees when you register for 4 or more weeks of camp.
Payments can be made by VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® or by personal check or cash.
If paying by personal check or cash for SPARK Day Camp deposits or Center for Excellence camps, payment must be received no later than 5 business days after the registration is entered or it will be canceled in CampBrain and space will not be held in the camp.
SPARK Day Camp and Center for Excellence fees are refunded in full when the offering for which an enrollment was submitted is at capacity or the offering is canceled by Hutchison.
Except in the cases of illness or emergency that are disclosed to the SPARK Day Camp or Center for Excellence office prior to the start of an activity, refunds will not be given after a session begins. A withdrawal request that occurs at least five (5) business days prior to the first camp meeting will result in a refund/credit of fees. After five (5) days prior to the first class meeting, there will be no refund of fees.
Campers are expected to adhere to the policies and procedures of the School as well as the Center for Excellence and SPARK Day Camp programs. Hutchison reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior poses a discipline problem. No refunds will be issued for students who are asked to withdraw.
Center for Excellence campers should arrive on time and be picked up promptly at the end of camp. No drop-ins are allowed at SPARK or SPARK Late Care. An additional charge of $5.00 per minute will be assessed for any Center for Excellence campers still remaining at carpool 20 minutes after camp ends or for SPARK campers remaining on campus after 6:05 pm. This fee must be paid at the time of pick up.
